“Clean out your closet and call your mama, it’s time for Swap-O-Rama-Rama!”

Hey Swappers, great news! SORR now has a new regular location: American Steel! Starting in January, SORR will meet the third Saturday of each month for a Swap & Sew. Help us give them a warm welcome and come down this Saturday for a clothing swap and DIY Appliqué Holiday Greeting Cards Workshop. This project is a great way to get to know the sewing machine for beginners, and as always, The Crafty Avenger will be in the house with a surprise project you can do.

What to bring:

• Clothes to swap (mens, womens, kids, all sizes)
• Sewing tools/notions to donate (if you have extras)
• Reusable card stock (to use as greeting card base – cereal boxes, concert flyers, etc.)
• A snack to share (if you feel like it – finger foods only)

Sewing machines and all supplies / tools you will need (scissors, thread and needles), will be provided. Attendance is FREE, $5 suggested donation with all donations going to purchase supplies and maintain the sewing machines.
