Preserving Ancient Ethiopian Culinary Art and bringing unique flavors for the modern pallet through healthy and organic spices.
During our Hands-On classes we teach our students how to prep, cook, and season three Traditional Ethiopian dishes. Learn to prepare Ethiopian cuisine such as Messer Wot; a lentil stew simmered in Berbere sauce or Kik-Alicha; split peas in a mild turmeric sauce slowly cooked with herbs & spices. Sit down and feast on your creations after class & sip Ethiopian honey wine.
Class includes: Instruction, Materials, Grocery, Recipes, Question & Answer Session with Instructor, Lunch with Ethiopian Honey Wine, an Explanation of Spices & a Spice Market.

*Note: If you are interested in learning to make a specific dish you may submit a request and we will consider adding the dish to our menu. We will send a confirmation email 3 days before day of class.
