Hope all is well. Here are my thoughts for talking points we discussed. See

non-functioning lights.

Plan for minibeds roll out in two of my classes in mid-October. At least
beds, maybe controllers later.
Plan for completing two big beds with controllers and getting those up and
running asap.
Itemized invoice for 15K so far.
