AmSteel is very happy to be participating in the Oakland Art Murmur. Each First Friday, beginning Friday, April 4, we will exhibit in our 8500 square foot gallery space and throughout the studios.

Our inaugural Murmur happens to coincide with our Birthday, so we’re putting together some extra fun programming. We’ll be giving tours of the studios and have a screen-printing station so you can emblazon the AmSteel star and wings logo onto your favorite garment! So, bring along your favorite t-shirt or hoodie! We’ll have various size screens for child and adult size garments.

With over 170 artists, each show is sure to be unique and exhilarating!  With everything from industrial artists to painters, photographers, printers, fire artists, illustrators, furniture makers and lighting, costume, fashion, and jewelry designers, we are sure a stop at AmSteel on your First Friday art-seeking expedition will be fun and adventurous!
